The Psychometric properities of the online teaching competencies scale among faculty members at Umm Al-Qura University

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الخصائص السيكومترية لمقياس كفايات التدريس الإلكتروني لدى أعضاء هيئة بجامعة أم القرى، والتعرف مستوى لديهم، ولتحقيق أهداف تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وقد أعدت الباحثة مقياس تضمن (47) مفردة، وتكونت العينة من (515) عضواً وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام الاحصائيات الوصفية والتحليل العاملي الاستكشافي واختبار (ت) المستقلة في برنامج SPSS (28). وتوصلت النتائج إلى: أن الثبات الكلي للمقياس (0.097)، وخلُصت نتائج التحليل تشبع (47)عبارة سبعة عوامل وهي (التقنية، التقويم التكويني المستمر، الشخصية الاجتماعية، إدارة الاختبار، استراتيجيات التعليم والتدريس، التخطيط والتصميم، التفاعل والتواصل مع الطلاب)، وأظهرت درجة امتلاك القرى لكفايات توفرت بدرجة كبيرة، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند (0.05) متوسطات الإلكترونية وهما التعلم، والتفاعل الطلاب بين المجموعة العملية والكليات النظرية لصالح الهيئة الكليات العملية. وتوصي بتنمية مهارات خاصة النظرية، وعمل دورات تدريبية لأعضاء مواكبة لتطور التكنولوجي والاستفادة منها تطوير الأداء التدريسي.
